Refund policy

You can return any unused item within 14 days of receiving it.

To start a return, email koda.liverpool.returns@gmail.com with your order number.

We will send you a free Royal Mail return label.

All returns must be sent via Royal Mail using the label we provide.

Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached).

Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
